In light of the sweet comments on my last post, I thought I'd spend 3 minutes and pass on 2 links and a book that I've recently found (or am finding) helpful. AND a picture to boot.
and I just got my copy of this book in the mail. Even the preface and Ch. 1 were encouraging!!
