So, by way of a tiny update... here are 3 bits of news:
1. Dustin applied, interviewed and was offered a job at Christian Academy Louisville (where I have worked for the last 3 years) as a HS Algebra/Geometry teacher. After weighing out other potential options, we decided this was a really good fit. So, CAL is trading out a Mrs. Butts for a Mr. Butts, and if he sticks around long enough, he may even have some of my old kids. We are grateful to begin the summer knowing that Baby will have food on the table (er... well, that comes later... grateful for diapers, first, I guess). :) Of course, the Lord always provides!
2. I guess we could change our minds between now and then, but at this point, we aren't finding out the gender of the baby until its arrival, but we won't be so patient/secretive about the names. We like Lucy Catherine and Nathaniel William (Nate). We figured we can't call the baby "Peanut" forever. I felt a little cruel for telling people we had landed on names, and then not sharing... so there you have it!
3. (The BIGGEST news) But you'll have to see for yourself... I almost cried, except that since pregnancy, it's like I can't cry. The opposite of many women, but I guess I have the happy hormones with everything. But even with happy news, I can't cry. It's kind of weird, don't you think? Well, whether I have tears to prove it or not, I'm terribly glad the 3 of them are home. Head here to check out the big news.
